Surviving a terrible vehicular accident at age 18, Shawnee has definitely come a long way from her humble beginnings as a struggling student from Texas to becoming a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist in her own fitness gym in Long Beach, California. The former firefighter and emergency medical technician also maintains an online personal training program as part of the services being offered in her fitness centre, which displays her aptitude for integrating new methods with traditional business practices.

With an innate passion for physical fitness, Shawnee enjoys dancing and working out, in addition to writing and listening to her favourite country, salsa and dance music. She believes that her natural head for business, in addition to her strong commitment towards educating the people of Abu Dhabi about health and fitness will be her ticket to winning the first season of ‘Hydra Executives’.

When asked what has driven her to participate in the show, Shawnee answered, “My vision of bringing my fitness business to the next level. I cannot think of a better concept of a show for me to participate in. I am very thankful to be given this once in a lifetime opportunity.”
