Before traveling to Abu Dhabi for ‘Hydra Executives’, Matt was busy with a flourishing career as a real estate consultant  and in investing private equity in emerging property markets. He defines success as ‘fulfilling his potential and the potential of the resources available to him’. He applies the same level of determination across all aspects of his life, from his business dealings to sporting endeavors.

Apart from missing his family, Matt is enjoying his stay in Abu Dhabi, which he sees as a land of opportunity with a fascinating history and culture, friendly people, delicious food and an amazing weather. However, the sights and sounds have not distracted him from the ultimate purpose of his foray into the Middle East: to win. His strong desire to emerge victorious is based on his goal of making a positive difference and creating great impact on the real estate landscape of Abu Dhabi.

Basking in the sunshine since he arrived, Matt spends his spare time by learning more about real estate, and experiencing the rich heritage, meeting new contacts and making new friends and telling them stories about his 10,000-kilometre cycling adventure form from Miami to Caracas, through Mexico and Central America.
