“Success to me is realising the true potential in myself and achieving my goals. I am growing into a mountain, not shrinking into a grain of sand,” says Brendan, one of the more ‘experienced’ contenders in the world of real estate, having worked as a real estate finance manager and currently as the owner of a property development company in London for two years now. With a burning passion for built spaces and all of the complex aspects that comes along with it, he believes that his expertise sets him apart from the rest of the pack.
Brendan is astounded with the limitless opportunities that the Middle East has thus far presented to him, and believes that there is more in store for him in terms of business prosperity. His optimism has motivated him to study the Arabic language for him to be able to work closely with local clients and collaborate fully with the local pool of talents.
Brendan’s free time is spent in the gym, or listening to the music of Freddy Mercury, Timbaland and Rihanna. His favourite literature includes the works of Robin Sharma, which he reads on quiet afternoons; however, he also gets the kicks out of extreme water and motoring sports.
